We warrant that the products sold in our website are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship - We never sell used or refurbished batteries. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return the product(s) to us within 30 days and we will refund the full product price. We will refund shipping costs only if the result is our error (wrong item shipped, shipping damage). Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us on returned items unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped, in which we will refund the shipping charges.
Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number,which is to be issued upon request, and must be shipped prepaid. A shipping rebate will be extended to the customer in the event that a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed.
Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.

We will try our best to solve your problem. If you return the product(s) to us within 30 days, we will refund you the full product price (Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error).Prior to returning our products, email us for a RMA and complete the instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us.For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment against loss or damages, and that you use a shipper that can provide you with proof of delivery.
Warranty protection does not cover
1. Battery damage due to charging failure, alteration, negligence, abuse, accident, improper installation or freezing.
2. If it is from another merchant.
3. Loss of time, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential damages.
4. Misapplied or incorrectly sized batteries.
5. Batteries that have physical damage present.
6.Discharged batteries that can be recharged and returned to service.
